The ASSET Program - Acquiring Self-Confidence and Social Skills in Support of Employment

reachAbility's ASSET program started in August 2005 to help person with disabilities reach their full potential as they prepare to enter the workforce. It is a five-day, confidence and communication skills building course. ASSET is designed to increase the participant's self-confidence so that they can be more successful in finding and keeping a new job.

The MEGA Program - Meeting Expectations through Goals and Activities

reachAbility's MEGA program started in October 2006 to help persons with disabilities in their transition into the workforce. It is a two-day, employability skills-building course. MEGA includes a half-day on both time management and challenges to employment, and a full day on goal setting.

The 4-Youth Program

reachability's 4-Youth Program, previously ran from August 2005 to February 2006, and started up again in April 2007. It is a hands-on, employment training program for youths (aged 18-30) living with disabilities who wish to become ready to work in an office environment. It is often their first job, contact with a working office, and their first wage. The 4-Youth program builds strong social, interpersonal, and IT skills, while giving guidance and direction on acceptable office behavior.
