Self-confidence, self-esteem and self-worth are skills worth developing. These are the foundation on which we build our lives. ASSET is a brief intervention that helps clients learn and develop these skills. During this one-week program, clients work in a small group to identify their strengths, learn self-compassion, and reframe negative thinking. By participating, clients recognize their unique value and increase their self-confidence. ASSET helps people work towards their goals in a welcoming, supportive and accommodating environment.
