Custom Workshop Training

  • Each program has been developed by people living with disabilities in consultation with educators and medical professionals. reachAbility wants our programs to be meaningful and unique for you – so any organization or business can choose one program or a bundle, and then customize it with us to fit your specific needs.
  • We also offer Inspirational Training, which is used to restore self-esteem and confidence in employees of all levels. Happy, more positive employees lead to better quality work and a more successful business, and we want to help you achieve this atmosphere in your workplace.
  • Our Diversity and Inspirational Training has been developed for those who learn best in live, interactive, hands-on environments. Customer feedback

“The feedback from all of our staff was glowing. Without a doubt your session was in the top five of training we have taken in the last 20 years. We are very proud of the work we have done in this area but there is so much more to do and you have given us a clear road map to get started with.”
— Max Chauvin (General Manager, Dartmouth Sportsplex)

“Tova worked with us to taper her training to our diverse workforce. In 2013, we rolled this training out to new and long-service employees. Our employees at all levels of this organization were captivated by the delivery. The feedback from our employees was very positive; we received many comments that they have never been so engaged in a training session. As a result of this, we contracted reachAbility to deliver regular diversity and inclusion training to our workforce.”
— Nicole Burchell- Isenor (Senior Manager, Human Resources, Halifax International Airport Authority)

“reachAbility’s unique approach included open and frank discussions around the preconceived notions we all seem to have about groups we know little about… A live panel of individuals from these groups enabled honest and intimate discussion about their real life experiences that helped demystify the many misconceptions we have about each other that often feed into our stereotypical responses.”
— Richard Temporale (Chief Electoral Officer, Elections Nova Scotia)
