reachAbility is pleased to launch the 2014 season of Inclusion Revolution on Eastlink Television this week. Airing weekdays at 2 p.m. and Wednesday evenings at 9 p.m., the show is an engaging, community-based show dedicated to creating a culture of inclusion. For the current season, host Tova Sherman provides us with an entertaining and informative opportunity to change the way we view disabilities in our community, workplace and beyond through discussions with experts on a variety of topics.
This week's show, “Play for Purpose,” features an interview with reachAbility Director Melissa MacNeil about the importance of play as a learning tool and for developing skills, self-awareness and community. Next week's show, “Future Leaders,” is all about reachAbility's leadership role in our community, particularly in regards to our camps, and how it is a priority in all our programs to be developing leaders and leadership skills.
