Too many times in life we find ourselves in the position of being unhappy at work, with work or the amount of fulfillment we find doing the work. This is a common feeling that many people have been faced, leading people to explore different careers paths and feeling stressed or undervalued in their current positions.
The thing is, these barriers we face to employment are not our ‘disabilities’. These barriers are prejudices that have no bearing on what we can do and how well we can do it. They are put up by individuals who are unwilling to believe that others who are not like them can function as well as them.
