Success 40 is targeted at individuals who are motivated to find employment but require additional support to enter or re-enter the workforce. Success 40 is suited to clients of all ages, but is best suited to those 18 and over (although some high school is an asset). Clients may be entering or re-entering the workforce after an extended absence or have had difficulty finding or sustaining employment.
This eight-week program prepares clients to secure employment by applying their personal strengths, skills, experience, and knowledge. In connection with industry partners, participants are provided a four-week classroom session designed to recognize their strengths and weaknesses, prepare a professional resume and cover letter, to execute a professional interview, and be a memorable and successful candidate. After the initial four weeks, participants are encouraged and supported to engage in up to an additional four weeks of job search under the guidance of our Job Developer.
